The 1st Tour de China was held as celebrating the 20th anniversary of normalization between Chinese and Japanese relationship, and measured for the encouragement of sport. In this century, China advanced a reform opening policy with disregard to various guesses,
developed increasingly, and also reached the affiliation to WTO, and Olympic Games holding.
Tour de China is known as the biggest cycling road race in China. The race is organized by All-China Youth Federation (ACYF), Chinese Cycling Association and Tour de China Executive Committee, and we have many collaborators as the Beijing City Government, the Tianjin City Government, and the Qingdao City Government. Based on the mutual understanding and reliance which were cultivated by organizing Tour de China for 11 times, we aim at the further development.
